12 buttons? Too... much... power!!!
So I was all set to play Athletic World: I put on my sweatband, arm bands, jockstrap, and scandalously high shorts, and sat down at the computer. I "inserted" the ROM and, to my surprise, the game wasn't working. An image of the Power Pad, with its day-glo 90's goodness, flashed into my mind, and I remembered that this game required it. Needless to say, I can't review the game (who turned Athletic World into a ROM anyway?) but that's ok. Here are some awesome videos of people using the Power Pad, which is probably better than a review anyway:
